The commercial returns are managed in our platform in a multi-step process.
The first of these consists in filling out the form below. Subsequently, after authorization, a contact from our sales department will explain how to proceed with shipping and credit notes.

Each return must be authorized in advance by the Plast Project Srl.

After sending the form, the Plast Project Srl Sales Department will provide the customer with the "Authorization Request" duly signed and with the indications regarding the acceptance of the return and the shipping methods.

The customer, after receiving the return authorization, will send the goods with a copy of the authorization document attached.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

The materials and related packaging to be returned must in fact be intact and in the same condition in which they were received, also in order to preserve the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Otherwise, you will be charged for time and material used for reintegration.

Once the return has been received and the necessary checks have been carried out, we will issue the related credit note in the terms established by the current administrative regulations.
